  • This workout is efficient because you work your entire body—heart and muscles—by going from one exercise to another with no rest.
  • This workout will involve calisthenics calisthenics such as push-ups, jumping jacks, crunches, and other body-weight exercises.
  • The difference lies in the intensity.
  • Simple, intense, back-to-basics exercises aimed at boosting strength and endurance with weight loss, body fat reduction, and toning.
  • A great way to burn lots of calories.
  • Fun because each exercise is different so you don’t get bored!
  • Some outdoor activity!
